I apologize for not updating my blog in such a long time. I've been working on a new top 10 anime list to post on here, and it's taking me a really long time.

To make up for this, I've started a new blog, this one not as personal as Nia'sDream. It's called The Inner Otaku. It's strictly an anime-themed blog, powered by Tumblr. I'll still be updating Nia'sDream, when I need to rant about something, but The Inner Otaku will be updated more.

Wheatley - Good or Bad?

Hello, reader. Today is Wednesday, January 26th, and it's still snowing.
I'm not a huge fan of Valve, reader, The only Valve game I play is Portal, and I am a huge Portal fan.
Portal 2 is launching on the 18th of April, and will introduce a new character: Wheatley, a blue core with an english accent.
A few people say that Wheatley is evil, and is deceiving you, and is a servant of GLaDOS. Other's say that Wheatley is a kind core, but GLaDOS will probably end up killing Wheatley in the game.

I haven't read any articles or the Portal 2 Wikipedia page, so I don't know the plot. I didn't want to spoil anything. So, tell me, reader ... Wheatley - good... or bad?

I got my ACC account back. xD It wasn't the best $0.30 ever spent ... But I couldn't leave my online friends alone. After all, they've been so kind to me... Sometimes a little too kind (*cough*Shawn*cough*). xD

Don't forget, reader, tomorrow is Wednesday. Ray William Johnson's new YouTube Channel, "Your Favorite Martian," will launch tomorrow. We don't know what to expect, but I bet it's gonna be great. :D
Also, tomorrow is NindenDale's final exam, and he said he can start uploading more YouTube video's starting tomorrow.

Irony, How I Love You.

You know how some people on Facebook do that thing where they lis 100 facts about themselves? I was thinking about doing one of those... So, today, I was thinking about what things I would put on there. One of the things I thought of was, "Nothing can separate me from my real and online friends. :)"
A few hours later, I logged onto ACC, which is where i talk to my online friends. It said that I needed to pay a $0.30 fee to continue playing ACC... which is something I cannot do. :\

Dear Sega,
We will always look forward to the final boss fight with the orchestral version of the theme song, because it's the most epic thing to exist in the world. :D

I Am... Disappoint.

Nintendo promised us more 3DS information on the 19th, and we got it. I thought we would get more information about the games, though. The information that they gave us is the information that was already leaked. We got a software lineup video and some pictures... Nothing new.

However, there was one bit of information that everyone seems to be excited about.

Nintendo said that 30 titles will be released before/around E3 2011 (June 2011).
After they said that, Gamestop added about 15 3DS games to their website for pre-order. All of them have a release date of 6/1/11 and a price of $40.00. Among those games are titles such as:

Animal Crossing
Mario Kart
Paper Mario
Kid Icarus
The Legend of Zelda

Those all seem to be the most highly anticipated 3DS games that Nintendo announced. Hopefully GameStop isn't lying to us this time and all of those games actually will be released at that time.

North America will be getting their share of the first 4 million 3DS's on March 27, 2011. You can pre-order it for $250.00, and you have the choice of Cosmo Black and Aqua Blue.
The only launch title I am interested in is "Nintendogs + Cats." The rest of the launch title list doesn't impress me.

Desires

Yesterday, I found a copy of the PlayStation1 game, "Spyro: Year of the Dragon." ... I don't have a PS1 memory card, though. D: That stinks! I was so excited when I found it, too. ;~;





So, my mission is to get a PS1 memory card. >:D

I pre-ordered two 3DS's yesterday. :3 (One for me, and one for my sister.)
I traded in about thirteen games so I wouldn't have to spend as much, but I only got, like, $25 back. xD

Don't forget, reader there are two conferences that Nintendo will be holding on Wednesday. We'll probably be getting release colors, release games, release dates and release prices for North America and Europe. So far, all we know is that North America and Europe will be sharing the 4 million 3DS's that Japan will be giving us for the month of March.... Yikes.

Has the release date for Portal 2 been pushed back? I thought the Steam website said March, but when I checked a few days ago, it said April 18th... *Hiss*
Now I'll have to wait another month to meet Wheatly! D: I want to meet him now.
